Daniela Sebova, EdD, ACC

I help leaders and organizations develop the inner capacity required to lead effectively in complex, changing environments. My work bridges research, practice, and lived experience to support sustainable leadership growth — not just new skills, but meaningful shifts in how leaders think, decide, and act.


I believe leadership development is most effective when it addresses the underlying beliefs, assumptions, and mindsets that shape how people interpret their experiences and take action across life and work. This belief is the foundation of my work and the reason Agilita Global exists.


A Human-Centered Approach to Leadership Development

Leadership is a human practice — not a title, a checklist, or a one-size-fits-all model. It is shaped by how we make meaning of our experiences, relate to others, and respond when conditions change.


Through Functional Leadership Development™, I support leaders in examining the underlying mechanisms that guide behavior, decision-making, and leadership practice. Rather than focusing solely on competencies or techniques, this approach helps people develop greater awareness, adaptability, and agency within the real contexts they navigate — professionally and personally.


Lasting change doesn’t come from adding more tools. It comes from understanding why we do what we do — and learning how to respond more intentionally.


Research-Driven. Practice-Informed. Deeply Practical.

I hold a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership Studies from Northeastern University and am an ICF-credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC). My work is grounded in research on adult learning, leadership development, and behavior change, and refined through years of real-world application.


I partner with leaders and organizations who want development that is:

  • Thoughtful and evidence-based
  • Grounded in real challenges and lived experience
  • Designed to create meaningful, sustainable change


My role is not to prescribe answers, but to help leaders see more clearly, think more flexibly, and act with greater intention.

Much of my work focuses on creating the conditions for psychological safety, shared understanding, and meaningful conversation — because these are foundational to reflective leadership and collective effectiveness.


A Global Perspective on Leadership

Originally from Slovakia, my perspective on leadership has been shaped by cross-cultural experience and work across diverse organizational and cultural contexts. This global lens continues to inform my belief that leadership development must honor context, culture, and the lived realities of people’s lives.


At the heart of my work is a simple mission:

to make leadership development more reflective, more grounded in how people make meaning, and more aligned with the realities leaders face every day.
