I’m a leadership consultant and coach with a background in organizational leadership research and a deep interest in how people grow, adapt, and create change.
My work bridges theory and lived experience — helping individuals and organizations apply insight in real-world contexts, where habits, pressure, and complexity are very real.
I believe leadership is not about control or charisma, but about responsibility, awareness, and intentional influence. Whether working with senior leaders, teams, or individuals in transition, I support people in moving from reactive patterns to more empowered ways of leading and living.

I work with individuals and organizations to create sustainable change by looking beneath the surface of behavior and performance — at the beliefs, assumptions, identity commitments, and patterns that shape how people think, decide, and lead.
This work is grounded in what I call the Architecture of Self-Leadership: a way of understanding the internal structures that organize human behavior in work and life.
