 I work one-on-one with leaders and individuals who are navigating complexity, transition, or a desire for deeper alignment in how they lead and live.


Coaching focuses on developing self-leadership — bringing awareness to the mindset, assumptions, and patterns that shape how we respond to pressure, responsibility, and change.


Rather than focusing only on goals or performance, this work supports clients in moving beyond autopilot and into more intentional, empowered ways of being and acting.

Sustainable performance is not just cognitive — it is embodied.


For many clients, coaching also includes exploring the relationship between mindset, stress, energy, habits, and physical wellbeing. This work recognizes health, movement, and recovery as developmental practices that support clarity, resilience, and capacity — not as prescriptive fitness plans.


Drawing on the concept of intentional challenge, clients learn to work with their nervous system, build supportive habits, and develop greater agency in how they care for their energy while navigating demanding roles and lives.
