If you’ve been clear about what you want to change—but frustrated by how often the same patterns return—this workshop may be for you.
The Inner Game of Change explores why meaningful change so often stalls, not because of a lack of effort or discipline, but because of the unseen commitments and assumptions quietly shaping our choices.
6 Weeks - Small Cohort - Live Group Coaching Experience: If this resonates, you can explore the details below.
As the New Year settles in, many of us start to notice a familiar tension.
New intentions.
New commitments.
A quiet hope that this will be the year things finally shift.
And yet — if we’re honest — some of the goals that matter most to us have been on repeat for years.
Not because we don’t care.
Not because we lack discipline or insight.
But because something deeper is at play.
Often, we're pushing forward with one foot on the break — a hidden resistance keeping things unchanged in ways we don't even realize.
Why This Keeps Happening—and What’s Actually Going On
Challenges rarely show up in just one area of life.
The same internal patterns that shape how we lead at work often influence how we relate to health, fitness, performance, habits, and personal goals. The Inner Game of Change offers a way of understanding change that travels across contexts — because it focuses on the inner dynamics that drive them all.
Rather than offering strategies for a single domain, this workshop helps participants develop a deeper awareness of the assumptions, habits, and protective patterns that shape their choices — whether they show up in leadership, pursuit of healthier habits, fitness, relationships, or everyday decision-making.
Through This Live Coaching Experience, You Will:
This workshop is an invitation to slow down and look beneath the surface — not to judge or fix ourselves, but to understand what’s actually driving our choices. From that understanding, new possibilities begin to emerge.
The New Year doesn’t need more pressure.
It needs more clarity, compassion, and courage.
If this resonates, you’re not behind — you’re right on time.
This workshop is for people who:
We’re intentional about creating a thoughtful, well-aligned cohort where participants can engage openly, learn from one another, and do this work with care.
What happens when you sign up here:

Daniela is a leadership consultant and coach who works at the intersection of mindset, self-leadership, and meaningful, sustainable change.
Her work focuses on understanding why change can be so difficult — even for capable, motivated people — and how unexamined assumptions and internal patterns often shape behavior, leadership, and ways of working.
Daniela brings a strong foundation in research and practice to her work. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and is an ICF-accredited coach. She is also certified by Performance Consultants in the Coaching for Performance methodology and trained in the Immunity to Change framework developed by Harvard researchers.
Daniela works with individuals, leaders, and organizations to move beyond surface-level change by developing greater awareness, responsibility, and intentionality. She is the founder of Agilita Global and believes that lasting growth begins beneath the surface — with understanding rather than showing up differently through effort alone.

Tomaz is a performance coach who works with business leaders and elite athletes at the intersection of mindset, performance, and sustainable growth.
His work is guided by a simple but powerful belief: meaningful results emerge when people are supported in realizing their potential with clarity, intention, and responsibility. Across both business and sport, Tomaz helps clients understand how internal patterns, habits, and responses to pressure shape performance over time.
Tomaz brings over seventeen years of business experience to his coaching, having led diverse teams in goal-oriented environments in Slovenia and internationally. This background is complemented by his personal experience with psychological preparation for demanding athletic challenges, giving him deep insight into what it takes to perform under pressure.
His approach is grounded in recognized coaching methodologies and a commitment to thoughtful, methodical development. Tomaz trained in the Embody Your Coaching Wisdom program with Jasna Knez and completed the Coaching for Performance program with Performance Consultants (Sir John Whitmore). His work emphasizes proactive collaboration and the belief that lasting change is built through gradual, sustainable shifts in habits and behavior.
